Principal

Mike’s 24 years experience in the construction industry is characterized by a hands-on management style.  Over this time, he has acquired a well-rounded understanding of both horizontal and vertical construction systems. Mike provides strategic leadership, operational management and technical direction to the Urban Edge Team.  He is also heavily involved with the company’s clients during the conceptual, development, design, construction and closeout phases of all projects. He manages our staff, ensuring that our big picture focus in on achieving the goals of our clients.

In Mike's principal leadership role, he has developed and extraordinary skill set that includes cost estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, bidding, procurement, cost control management, and accounting.  He has managed projects ranging from hospitals, to medical office and institutional buildings, to infrastructure and upscale multi-family developments.  Whether working on a scale of 125,000sf or 10,000sf, Mike's thorough knowledge of construction and team management style leads to high quality and smooth project delivery.
