CONSULTATION

overall development schedule with
input from the Architect (Urban Edge will coordinate
and integrate the schedule with the services and
activities of the Owner & Architect &
approval process). Include
milestone dates for
Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal,
shop
drawings and samples, long-lead-time procurement
items, Owner's
occupancy requirements, and proposed date of
Substantial Completion

QUALITY CONTROL

plan review checklist at 50% and 90%
documents to ensure overall goals for
quality, budget, performance aesthetics

involve key subs to suggest best

COST CONTROL

prepare preliminary cost estimate
utilizing conceptual estimating techniques

as Design progresses, prepare more detailed
estimates with supporting data

SUBCONTRACTOR AND PROCUREMENT STRATEGY

develop subcontracting
strategy and procurement plan for both
qualifications and price based
subcontractor selection
